We had snow in the morning until a few days ago. When I moved here I was told... "Nah, we don`t get much snow. we are at a lower elevation, so you will be fine" Oh man! yeah, right!
Here we go! It is beautiful day in the mountain today. I usually take a walk in the neighborhood. This is my favorite spot to stop and relax. It is still cold and windy but I can feel spring is almost here... (yes, it is later than usual)
I made bunch of mugs and cups recently. They are drying in the kitchen. I have a wood stove so they dry faster. They look happy to get sunshine... and yes, they are getting into the kiln tomorrow.
２.３日前まで、朝に雪が降ってたんよ。ここに引っ越してきた時に、みんなに、標高低いから、ここはあんまり雪降らへんから、いける。って言われたんやけど。。。マジで。
今日はね、めちゃくそええ天気です。ちょくちょくね、ご近所さんをお散歩するようにしてるんやけども、ここが、あたしの癒しスポット。まだ寒くて、風きついけど、春は近いなぁって感じるわ、例年より遅いけど。
マグカップとコップをいっぱい作って、キッチンカウンターで乾燥中。薪ストーブがうちにはあるんで、ここが一番乾きが早んよ。天窓からのおひさん浴びて、ちょっと幸せそうに見えるのはあたしだけ？明日には、窯に入ります。
